Filter tube
The filter element of the filter type Dust Collector is a filter tube. The structure of filter cartridge is divided into four parts: top cover, metal frame, pleated filter material and pedestal. The cartridges composed of these four parts are round, flat and tapered.
The filter cartridge is folded with a design length filter material, and the head and tail are glued into a cylinder. The inside and outside of the cylinder is supported by a metal frame, and the top and bottom are fixed with the top cover and the base. There is a fixed bolt and a washer on the top. The shape of a circular filter and a flat filter.
The bonding of the top and lower ends of the filter tube and the retaining net should be reliable, and there should be no defects such as degumming, leakage and hanging. The metal parts on the filter tube should meet the requirements of anti rust; the outer surface of the filter should have no obvious injuries, bumps, hair and burrs. A protective net should be added to the inside of the cylinder. When the D or 320mm H or 1200mm filter cartridge is used, the induction nozzles should be used.
